Through correlational analysis, patterns and relationships suggest how corporate management influences team cohesion, leadership effectiveness, and investment in employee training. The results show a strong correlation between leadership and teamwork (0.739) and between training and leadership (0.585), suggesting the importance of an integrated approach in these areas to improve organizational performance.
